Notice of Sealed Bids

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the City of Wapato, 205 East 3rd Street, Wapato, WA 98951, until 1:30 PM August 17, 2020. The bids will be opened and read at 2:00 PM, Monday, August 17, 2020, at Wapato City Hall. Bids are being received for the purchase of 2 Vehicles:

•  1) 2015 GMC Yukon Denali with 46k original miles. Minimum Bid: $35,000.
• 2) 2016 Chevrolet Impala LT with 59k original miles. Minimum Bid: $10,000.

All bids must be presented in a sealed envelope and clearly marked on the front of the envelope: DENALI or IMPALA

The City of Wapato reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or accept any bid presented which meets or exceeds the purchaser’s specifications, and which they deem to be in their best interest, regardless of whether the accepted bid is low bid. The City hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure compliance with WA State Law Against Discrimination (RCW chapter 49.60) & the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 USC 12101 et set.)
