NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING (HEARING) OF CITY COUNCIL
A special meeting/hearing of the City Council of the City of Wapato will be conducted on March 9, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at the Council Chambers located at the Wapato Community Center, 1109 S. Camas Ave, Wapato, WA 98951.
The purpose of the meeting is:
Conduct a hearing on the appeal of a Notice of Civil Violation & Order for Abatement of Code Violation issued to Jose Gutierrez.
There will be no public comment at this meeting. The parties to the appeal will be allowed to provide testimony at the hearing. Council deliberations will occur in closed session.
There will be no final action taken at the meeting.
