Bench Warrants
Should you have a warrant for your arrest; you have two options to take care of the warrant:
- Contact Bail Bonds Co/Post Bond or Cash bail at the court office
- Turn yourself into the court on any given Monday afternoon (except Holidays) at 1:30 p.m. the warrant will be recalled or quashed determined by the prosecutor and judge. The warrant will remain active until you appear in court.
Do you have a warrant for your arrest out of Wapato Municipal Court?
Come to the court office Monday - Friday 10am to 4pm; your case will be pulled and you will sign a notice of case setting for your court date.
Once you have appeared before the court, the judge will order the warrant to be quashed, your case will be placed back on track. If you fail to appear the warrant will remain active until the warrant is served.
