If you have an attorney, please contact him/her for further instructions. If you do not have a lawyer or are not able to reach your lawyer and you cannot come to court because you are ill, please call the court office at 1-509-877-6269.

Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, please practice social distancing. A MASK must be worn at all times during your court proceedings unless the judge instructs you otherwise. NO additional family members will be allowed in the courtroom; please make other arrangements for your children, for the safety of your health, along with the officers of the court. Thank you!

The courtroom has been reviewed, and procedures have been implemented to ensure adequate social distancing. It is crucial that you arrive on time for your court hearing and come prepared having previously talked with your lawyer if you have one.
